Is The Candida Spit Test Relevant?
If getting up early in the morning, spitting in a glass of water and then watching what happens to your spit over the next hour or so is exciting to you then go ahead and do your Candida Spit Test tomorrow morning.
You can’t really do any harm by going through your Candida Spit Test, but It is by and large an unreliable test.
For example my own personal testing has revealed inconsistencies. It is relevant to note that I do not have an issue with Candida or a yeast infection, and as such should get a negative result every time I do a Candida Spit Test. First test indicated that I was in fact in good health. However on two other samples there were some negative signs. Once again there is absolutely no reason for there to be any indication that I have an issue with a candida overgrowth.
But once again if you want to do a Candida Spit Test go right ahead, I just want to make sure to do not place to much emphasis on the results that it gives.
Alright then, below is a description of what you need to do if you would like to “Take The Test”;
Get yourself a glass of water and put it somewhere that you will notice when you first get up the next morning. It needs to be a clear glass as you are going to need to see what is happening when you spit in it!
Now off you go to bed.
As soon as you rise in the morning, you will need to be spitting into the glass. Make sure you have a reasonable amount of spit and away you go. Play nicely, don’t try to make a game out of this.
Observe the appearance of the saliva so that you can know what it started out like, and then its time to get on with your day.
About every 15 minutes you should review your Candida Spit Test to see what is happening, and do that at least 3 or even better 4 times.
Here is what to watch for that is meant to show that you have a problem. Just prior to listing those, these are the Healthy signs of a Candida Spit Test. If during the course of the test your saliva tends to float but gradually disappears, you are clear.
It might be that your spit does not dissipate, but either creates a cloud in the water or appear to be like string, or even just drop to the bottom. Lastly there could be spots remaining floating in the water.
If any of this does show up, then your Candida Spit Test is positive and it means that you have too much Candida in your system. If you have observed these sings and that it has shown up really quickly, this is an even stronger indication of a problem.
Certainly there will be many results that are accurate and will confirm or deny a problem with Candida Overgrowth. I simply recommend that you take the results with a grain of salt.
If the evidence is gathering that you are pretty sure you have a problem, please don’t act on these results, seek the advice of a medical practitioner. Sure do your candida spit test, but don’t put to much emphasis on its results.
The other thing to do is to start taking a good hard look at the foods you eat. Its is fairly common for the root cause of a Candida Overgrowth to be diet related.
